Made to order. Shipped fast.

Every Good Guy Ops piece is made to order. Here is what to expect once you check out.

PROCESSING TIME: HARD GOODS

Hard goods (bookmarks and rulers) ship within 1–2 business days of purchase. Custom color requests may take slightly longer; if so, we will let you know.

PROCESSING TIME: SOFT GOODS

Every soft good is made custom for each order. Please allow 5–7 business days for us to make your item(s) before they ship.

MIXED ORDERS

If your order includes both hard goods and soft goods, everything ships together once your soft goods are made, within 5–7 business days.

​

DELIVERY TIME

Once shipped, most orders arrive within 4–6 business days. Your shipping confirmation and tracking number are emailed the day your order ships.

WHERE WE SHIP

We try to ship everywhere. Some exotic leathers are restricted in certain states and countries. If we cannot legally ship your order to your location, we will contact you and refund it in full.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or fees charged by their country. Delivery times outside the U.S. vary.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package arrives damaged or never shows up, contact us at matthew@goodguyops.com and we will make it right.
