DEFECTS OR MISTAKES

If something arrives defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund it.

If you are unhappy with your order for any other reason, reach out at matthew@goodguyops.com with your order number. Tell us what happened and we will work with you on a fair solution.

CUSTOM ORDERS

Pieces made with custom colors or materials may not be eligible for return unless there is a defect.
